Spring break camp suggestions for 3 and 5?

We're looking ahead to April spring break options for a pair of siblings, both currently enrolled in DCPS - and obviously the options open to the younger one are...somewhat limited. DPR camp for this age - besides being clear on the other side of town (we're in NW) - feels like the longest of long shots, given that there are only two locations for this age range in the whole city, and also can't be confirmed for another month. The 5 year old obviously has a lot of options, but we'd like to keep the kids together, given that the 3 year old is a bit shy with new people.

Unfortunately, "hire your usual babysitter for a whole week" isn't an option because of cost, "use your backup care benefits to introduce the kid to a temporary new nanny" isn't an option because of kid personality, and "just take off work for the week/pool with other parents" or "travel out of town" aren't options because of work deadlines involving in-person activity that can't be changed.

We've never used Casa Lala or Busy Bees... anyone have firsthand experience with either of them - or have a recommendation any other spring break camp option literally anywhere in NW or even further, like Chevy Chase or Bethesda, that might be available to a 3-year-old who is still working on potty consistency?
Thanks in advance...

See if you can do a drop-in week at a daycare. It’s not ideal as far as “enrichment” but at least it will be a full day and one drop off. Lots of daycares closer to MD seem to have 4/5 year old kids too. Probably because MoCo doesn’t have universal preK like DC?

Check out Just for Kids. They often run a day camp in the Palisades. Little Towns in Rockville might also have an option for 3 and 5 year olds if you are open to driving.
