I’ve been sick since last week and tired of takeout and other “easy” dinners like spaghetti or tacos. Tired of soup. Want something substantial but easy, with few ingredients. I’m placing an Instacart order soon.

Make a marinade of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and green onions.
Cookl whatever protein you want on the stove (we do Salmon and steak) then throw the sauce on and let cook for a couple minutes until it thickens up a little. It's super easy and fast. |

| Chicken Parmesan. Flour, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan, tomato sauce, and pasta are staples in our pantry/fridge. If you have all that stuff, you can just order the chicken and maybe arugula or salad greens for a side. |
