CBT Therapist for Body Dysmorphia Issues in Teen Son?

Does anyone know of therapy centers that deal with body dysmorphia issues? My 18-year-old son (freshman in college) seems like he is having significant issues. We are in the Fairfax area of Northern VA. I would appreciate any and all recommendations.

This is hard to get a handle on and there isn’t a lot of resources in this space, particularly for males. Is more related to general appearance, such as muscle definition and body fat, or more specific like face complexion?

If the former, someone who is more in the ED space might be helpful. If the latter, something more along the OCD lines. Sometimes that can come with skin picking and such.

It is definitely more related to eating disorders. Any recommendations for places that help teen males with that? We are at a loss.
