| I made a little too much meat sauce. I make pizza at home using naan, tomato sauce and mozzarella. I could put the meat sauce on the pizza right? Nothing would go wrong with that? I hate throwing out food/wasting money. |

Of course you can.
|
| Sure but you can also freeze meat sauce quite easily. |
| Sounds delicious, reminds me vaguely of Turkish pizza, look it up! |
|
Yuck
I’d freeze the meat sauce for a few months. Or make meatball sandwiches with it |
|
You can use it for pizza, although I prefer pizza sauce thicker than what I use on pasta.
If it’s enough to use on a future pasta dish, I would freeze it. |

It has always confused me why so many folks need a very specific 'pizza sauce' for pizza, when there are many different kinds of pasta sauce type sauces that will work fine.
I think this would be good. Go for it. |
Pizza sauce has a different flavor profile than marinara or other red sauces. More oregano for one thing. |
|
It's VERY little. Not sure it'll even cover one naan. |
| Yes. |
| Italians didn't have tomatos until the New World. So, meat sauce and cheese on bread is what was eaten. |
OP with an update: it was great! Super flavorful and filling. Had I not burned the bottom, it would have been totally perfect.

Agree. I don’t want a soupy pizza. |
| I made a pizza sauce with Rhubarb in it. Quite good. |
