I’m giving a baby shower brunch and looking for recipes for breakfast casseroles that may be made ahead of time.
Or any other ideas for brunch. |

Fruit salad served in a hollowed out watermelon is a pretty presentation.
Here is a sweet breakfast casserole -- white choc croissant bread pudding: https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/meals-menus/g38082436/breakfast-casserole-recipes/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=mgu_ga_pw_md_pmx_prog_org_us_21687406524&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21697738690&gbraid=0AAAAABxutSrWnET_E_OeFN0rQuzD147Ww&gclid=Cj0KCQiAkPzLBhD4ARIsAGfah8iUeK6SH47hMwM2X9Id9TjIqE-BLEkXUSyigpet0J7DvyuxbkWzzMcaApmcEALw_wcB And a very versatile savory: https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/easy-make-ahead-breakfast-casserole/ |
| Those are good ideas! If you make 2 casseroles, I would recommend the savory one have a potato base. |

quiche - Lorraine and/or spinach and mushroom Tomato Basil soup (from La Madeleine) fruit salad monkey bread Optional extras: bagels and cream cheese smoked salmon/lox green salad Coffee Punch? - I saw this recipe once and I’ve been wanting to try it: https://www.southernliving.com/coffee-punch-7255443 |

I'm sure this is a food forum faux pas, but I would put out a platter of mini quiches from Trader Joe's or Costco. People love that stuff. As well as the crème puffs that you can just defrost from Safeway or giant. I find them delightful with a glass of champagne. Just put them on a platter and put the boxes in the outside trash
I love the homemade ideas posted above, I'm just suggesting these as easy additions. |
