| I've lost a cherished recipe -- from Bon Appetit for Chocolate Brownie Creme Brulee. It is not a brownie with a creme brulee layer. It is creme brulee with a layer of brownie underneath. It was published as a response to one of those reader questions about a dish that they enjoyed at some restaurant -- which is perhaps why it doesn't come up in a search I did on the Bon Appetit website. If anyone happens to have it and would share, I would be so grateful! |

That feature in the magazine was the “R.S.V.P.” Column. I have a subscription but their search engine is very fussy, especially oddly about title. I searched a few variations on the name and didn’t see anything. If you remember any more I could try again.
