How best to cook a grass fed London Broil inside

I have a London Broil in my freezer. It is the last cut from the 1/4 of a cow we bought last year. Can anyone share great ways to prepare it to deal with some toughness?

I made french dips last week using a NYT "off oven beef" that made a perfectly cooked roast.

Inside? I'd use the oven.
