C85 Bus NEVER arriving to pick up the kids Kids.

Seriously, thie route is working to pick up students and take them to Hardy and Macarthur School and the bus never arrive was windy . And last pick was a 9 am at without respecting the school delay . .The kids return home because the City irresponsibility and the sidewalks. are full of snow..🫤

I I just called and they told me they can't make any changes when there are delays. What can be done if the buses aren't going to pick up the passengers and

I agree it is not good but to be fair roads are bad and so harder for buses to get through and run.

But if they are not running at all, then the app should absolutely say that so passengers know.

Same for my kids. I emailed our city reps and bowser. No way I’m sending my kids to walk curvy, unplowed roads without clear sidewalks in these temps to GO SIT IN A GYM ALL day bc teachers couldn’t make it in. TOTAL FAIL for Bowser.

Everything remains the same. It doesn't matter if you call them and they make the change permanent. Students now have to transfer to another bus to get to school on time because the 85 keeps running late.
