Anyone know what's going on with that?

There was an email from OHR yesterday.

What does it say?

Uh if you work there you got it - this wasn’t a union email. If you don’t work there who cares.

You would know if you worked there, so clearly you don't and should F off.

I just applied for one of the numerous positions posted in USAJOBS (despite the hiring freeze), so I’d love to know. Weird that there’s nothing in the media on the decision — I guess the nteu PR person is “teleworking.”

Huh? We have received communication from the union and the nteu. There will probably be coverage on the federal news network just like they covered the HHS decision. Why are you so adamant on more PR? The less coverage the higher the chances we get our telework back.

It does indicate if other unions will get positive or negative responses.

The language in each contract is different, so one case doesn’t guarantee the outcome of others, but I guess it’s positive if unions are winning. The problem is that agencies can appeal and drag it out even longer.
