| I have some Sorel boots that are wonderfully waterproof but not at all warm. What winter boots do you own that are fully waterproof and lined and warm? |
Sorels are never warm Stick to Ugg, The NorthFace, Kodiack, Bogs, Burtons etc outdoor brands. |
| I have BearPaws that are cute and warm! They go up my calf. |
| I have a pair of timberlands with fur lining. Amazing. |

This is funny because my Sorels are warm (and lined) but NOT waterproof.
Maybe try the lined boots from LL Bean? I've heard good things about those. |
| Sorels are more for fashion than anything else. |
I have the lined LL Bean boots. They're great-- almost too warm for around here. |
Lots of options here: https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/513859?bc=474-630&csp=f&nav=gnro-hp These are both shearling lined AND insulated: https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/80722?page=womens-tumbled-leather-llbean-boots-8in-shearling-lined&bc=474-630-513859&feat=513859-GN3&csp=f&attrValue_0=1914&pos=10 |

Oboz Ousel insulated.
My feet are always cold and I recently snowshoed in 13 degree windchill for 3 hours with only one pair of socks. My feet were warm the entire time. |
| My sorel boots are warm and waterproof! They are 6 yrs old at least, have a furry interior lining, and a “moon boot” look. |
This pair of Oboz is currently very discounted at REI (usually retail for $200 or more) and still available in several pretty common sizes). Snap them up before the next storm! https://www.rei.com/product/C06625/oboz-ousel-mid-insulated-waterproof-hiking-boots-womens |

I have a pair of pajars that are incredibly warm and waterproof. They also seem like they will last forever.
Kind of like these: https://us.pajar.com/collections/winter-boots-for-women/products/maxine-women-s-lace-up-boot-w-inside-zip-and-ice-gripper?variant=51216753918084 |

OP, yes, I think this is what I've learned. I feel like they used to be far more functional but somewhere in the last 10-15 years have become fashion shoes. Thanks for the suggestions everyone! |
