FCPS employees - how to access W-2 forms?

| I've been trying to get on UConnect to find my W-2 form but keep getting the "Hmm... can't reach this page" message. My internet is working fine. Does anyone know if FCPS is down? |

OP here - I just saw this:
"UConnect is only available to users when connected to the FCPS network or through VPN" which explains why I can't access it. I'm just a sub so I rarely need this, but now I do. Grr. I'll see if I can request a paper version. |

| Yes, it's crazy that employees that do not have fcps laptops cannot access the FCPS network. The VPN BYOD setup does not work either. Per the FCPS IT help desk, they told me to use the library's computer or ask a teacher if I can borrow their machine. WTF? I'm a bus driver, when do I have time to stop at the library? I'm definitely not asking a teacher. |

It’s a pain. I’m a retired teacher, now substitute, and ever since they stopped emailing pay statements we can’t review them unless we are at a school on an FCPS laptop. We aren’t able to add VPN to personal devices.
I spoke to a TSpec and he said he keeps a laptop available for cafeteria staff to use. I think bus drivers can do the same, but that does no good for times they aren’t in the building. |

| UConnect. Click on Bookmarks located on the upper left corner. Then Under Employee, you should see My Documents. |

Did you even bother to read the thread? You cannot access UConnect unless you are on VPN. OP is not able to do so. They’re at home. They’ll have to wait until they’re back in the building. |

Are you on an FCPS issued device? |
