So I use my blender mostly for food related stuff, blending for muffins, soufflés and sauces. I have a ninja that i’ve had for probably 10 years and although it’s “fine” it takes a really long extended period of time to get things the consistency I need. Like it will get there-but it’s a process. I don’t know if it’s just lost power over time or it’s always been like this.
So I want to replace it and I don’t think I need a vitamix or similar as it’s very rare I ever need to blend ice (although maybe a couple times a year). Is there another blender you would recommend? |
| Vitamix. End of story. |
| I have the Vitamix immersion blender. It does everything and easy to store and clean. |
| Don’t you have a mixer? There’s no point in getting a n immersion blender just for that. |

Vitamix.

| I was coming to say we love our Ninja lol. |
| Why wouldn’t you get a food processor for this? |
You make sauces with a mixer? A mixer mixes, it doesn’t break up and blend like an immersion blender or regular blender. |
OP here. The food processor is huge and a really big PITA to clean, that’s why. I do use my super mini one when it will work for what i’m making though. |
| If you dont need something extreme and want something more compact, we just got the beast and it works well. |
| I have a vitamix and a magic bullet. I love my vitamix! You can do so much more than just crushing ice (?). I just use the magic bullet for smaller things, like chimichurri or a single protein shake. |
