| My teen has community service working with elementary kids this entire year, so he'd like to go a different route this summer -- no camp counselor or CIT gigs, which is what he did the past couple of years in addition to MBSYEP. Any suggestions for where to look? |

If he can get certified, life guard jobs are a good option
Otherwise, retail or restaurants. IME, kids had more success targeting locally owned places and just walking in. Big chains make you apply online and don't follow up (while complaining that they can't hire) |
