I have overactive bladder

The diagnosis is in. Not urgency - mainly frequency and leakage.
What helped you? Doc wants me to try Gemtessa.

no urgency???? Well lucky you! That's the worst part! AND FYI The meds have more side effects then the problem.

Isn't overactive urgency as well as frequency?
Leakage is also from stress incontinence with full bladder.
Topical estrogen cream and PFT helped me. I had both kinds of incontinence.

Google Dr. Howard Shubiner. Unless there is something physically wrong with your bladder, OAB is usually due to unregulated nervous system. I worked with a Pain Reprocessing Therapy coach for a bit, but what really worked was watching Dan Buglio’s YouTube channel and following his recommendations.

I was on Gemtesa! It wasn't covered by insurance so was $$$$$$ but they have coupons on their website.
