Hi, any advice please? First time this is happening to me. Any places in the NOVA area that you would recommend for repairs?
Thank you

I did google
But how will I know if they are reliable and did a good job? Sometimes they screw up the phone. So wanted personal experience.

We used ubreakifix in fair lakes a few years back for iPhone screen replacement.

We had two choices for new screen: genuine apple or aftermarket. Apple screen was about 2x price. We went aftermarket and it worked fine. We ended up trading in that phone later and got full credit.

That's where I went too and they did a great job. If you have insurance on your phone, it will cover most of the cost.

That’s a pretty easy repair for one of those device repair places. Any of them could do it. I have used UBreakIFix in Springfield and Fair Lakes in the past and they got it done fast. I will say I had a phone that broke twice (long story) and the second time it stopped working entirely about 2 weeks after the second fix.
