Potential promotion— Freaking out

I will most likely be getting a promotion to lead operations at a tech start up. I’m kinda freaking out because there are no clearly defined processes and I’d be expected to develop those and a new support team. Each time I try to prepare a plan my mind either goes blank or all over the place.
Any advice on how to get past this so I can start planning and not feel like an imposter?
