Which HS has the best math department?

Questions to the teachers who teach higher level (preferably Precakc HN, AP and post AP) math courses and parents whose kids are in those courses: what do you think of your school’s math department? I am thinking of switching into FCPS from a different county and would appreciate any info on what it’s like in different schools. Do people work close together, do CTs share materials (normally and expectations), are kids held to high standard, etc. is administration supportive? How much freedom individual teacher have in topic sequence, pacing, grading structure, etc. what is the overall atmosphere in the department? Any info would helpful. Thanks!!

The most rigorous math is probably at TJHSST, but it is a governor's school and you have to take a test to get in.

After TJHSST, I would say that the most rigorous math departments are at Chantilly, Woodson, Mclean, Langley, Oakton in no particular order.
