Intramural basketball for MCPS 6th graders?

| My son is choosing which of two MCPS middle schools to attend. I see that one school's webpage explicitly mentions that they offer intramural basketball. The other school does not have a webpage for intramural sports. Does this mean they probably don't have intramural basketball? I somehow expected offerings would be pretty much the same across schools. |

| What school? They aren’t totally standardized across schools. My kid attended Eastern MS and they did have intramural basketball. I believe Silver Creek MS has it too. Not sure about others. |

| all th emiddle schools should have basketball but you cant participate till 7 th grade - and very difficult to make the team |
