How are the camps at Good Counsel?

Specifically looking at a sports camp.
DD has done 2 seasons of the sport so not a beginner but not a D1 athlete in training either. How are the GC day camps? |

They are pretty disorganized at pick up and drop off. My son doesn’t want to go back because it was so chaotic last year, though I think he also didn’t enjoy it tha much because it was so hot they could only play an hour or so a few days. He was there the hottest week last summer. It is really nice to have the building and be able to still have camp even when it’s hot and have lunch inside. I think for kids like 9 and up it’s probably a better fit.
My daughter and several friends have done an art camp there and always loved it but it fills up instantly. |
