Negotiating fees with realtors

| Know top agent out of state who drops to 2% for good clients. We’ve worked with a realtor on several properties but will go elsewhere if we find a good agent who will drop to that or slightly higher. Thoughts on what’s reasonable and how to broach? Bonus for recommending someone good who is open to that! |
