| What are your top 10 daily habits that make you happier and healthier? I am working on mine. A few I have are morning movement each morning, cleaning my kitchen island as soon as I come from work, and remembering to take all my medication, includes hair vitamins and progesterone. |

Things I do often if not daily:
Barre/reformer classes Good skincare regimen (head to toe) Read a book Neighborhood walks Peppermint tea Getting crafty—usually knitting or painting Scratch meals during the week Music in the background Connect with friends Dinners out on weekends |
|
Daily green smoothie (tons of spinach and other greens, plus fruits to make it yummy)
Full night's sleep Reading for 30 mins before bed (NO PHONE) Walk for at least 30 mins I've got three kids under 6, and any day where I do all four of these is a win. I'm successful with all at least a day or two a week, and 3 out of 4 most nights (it's hard to find time to make the damn smoothies!) |
She wants a cookie for having taken her medication and wiped down her counter, lol. |
| Look up this boom called Tiny Habits. It's really helpful. In a nutshell, start small and pat yourself on the back whenever you do one of your healthy habits. |
And the other one should get a cookie every time she uses a grown up word instead of "yummy". |
I feel sad for people who feel better about themselves by putting others down. |
| Talking with a friend outside my household at least once a week but ideally more. |
+1 Why aren't THOSE the people making positive resolutions? |
| Work on balance, flexibility and grip strength each day. |
| Trying to meditate, go to bed earlier, take Vitamin D, walk more, and make soup once a week for lunches. |
I like this one, nice and not over the top! |
I feel sad for people who are so desperate for attention that they post on the internet about wiping down their counter. |
