| Truly average students. 3.0-3.5 UW GPA, 1200-1300 SAT, regular EC like casual sports or a job. Motivated but not a striver. What 4 yr colleges do these type of kids attend and find success after attending dmv catholic hs? |
| At one of the thousands of schools that aren't in the T50. They will be okay! |
| At a fabulous school, like JMU! |

U Albany
West Virginia IUPUI TCNJ Delaware UMBC Providence FDU Fairfield Stony Brook Lycoming Kutztown Rowan Towson Loyola (Baltimore) CUA Miami, or UCONN |

Are these schools that have a 70%+ acceptance rate? |
| NOVA |
The average students at our median GPA and the SAT you listed at the privates in our area land at JMU, clemson, UTK, Auburn, and VT if not going for a stem major. |
Yet that profile is slightly below average from our private (median SAT 1320, median UW GPA 3.55/W 3.82) OP needs to ask their school the medians and dig into the details of their school's SCOIR |
Fairfield has a 25% acceptance rate. |
| Tulane, Syracuse, Penn State, Clemson, Indiana—schools ranked around 60-70 USNWR |
Tulane is above average - from a top school I agree but in general you need to be above average. Syracuse depends on the program but for general I agree - for Newhouse it is higher. Agree with the others. Indiana has gotten more popular and might get another small bump from football but I would still call it average. |
| You're referring to Miami OH, not Miami in Florida. |
