Converting Learning Ally to adult account?

My DD hs had a Learning my Ally account since her dyslexia diagnosis in 1st grade. Initially I managed it under a parent account, but then she used school accounts.

Now that she is in college, she would like to take over managing her own account and change it to an adult account. (Her school’s disability services office is small and understaffed, so she thinks this will be easier.)

Has anyone done this with Learning Ally? Will she need to re-verify her eligibility?
