Frustration timing

I'm sure this has happened to others (and certainly to me ...), but why is it that exactly during the special fertile time, there has to be some stress, schedule problem, or something to get in the way? One anticipates those precious couple of days or so for a month, and then bam, chances lost. Frustrating ...

It's because we stress out about TTC so much, it always seems that things get in the way. I get especially frustrated when my husband gets all cranky and "sick" during the fertile time when I already have so much stuff to deal with.

OP again, and feeling pathetic. It's now Friday night, I had a +OPK earlier today, and course it has to turn out that we had a well-timed argument. So, the day is shot, probably the weekend, too. Sorry, not positive to read this I know..

Op, I can totally empathize. Same thing kept happening to us the past few months, so we stopped all the medicine and calendar tracking this month, hoping that would reduce the stress. it's been so nice, that we're taking next month off too. At any rate, just wanted you to know you're not alone.
