It depends on what you mean by no progress. Even though you are not pregnant yet, there are other ways to gauge progress. After being treated for 5 months, you should be seeing an improvement in any cycle-related symptoms you were having - e.g. PMS, headaches, fatigue, cramps, quality and quantity of menstrual flow, digestive changes around your period, regularity of your cycle, length of follicular and luteal phases, etc.
Whatever symptoms you were originally having, they should be decreasing and your cycle should be becoming more appropriate. If there have been improvements, then your body is making progress in the direction of increased fertility. If you have noticed none of these positive changes, it's probably time to try someone else.
