Call your local public health department. Also look at manufacturer's sites.
Sometimes small practices cannot afford to have continual stocks of rare vaccines because they have unusual storage requirements or expire quickly. |

It’s really a vote with your feet issue. In the DMV there are so many pediatric practices, losing patience is actually a problem for them. Leave the practice and tell them why.
