Why there is so much teacher turnover in Maret?

Anonymous
Is this common across private schools, or is it specific to Maret? It seems that several teachers have left mid–school year for reasons the school says it can’t disclose. My main concern is the outcome: high teacher turnover. Are other private schools experiencing this as well?

Leaving mid year should be very unusual. In the 8 years we've been in private school (not Maret) the only teacher I know of who left mid year got into an accident and had an traumatic brain injury.

Another threat has a lot of information about the current churn at Maret. Seems to be a fair amount of hysteria on there but also probably some useful insights:

Short version: they had a HoS for three decades and the transition after that hasn't gone smoothly. It will remain a strong and competitive school, but there will likely be a few more years of higher than usual adult turnover.
