I'm needing to lose a bit of weight going into the new year. Not a lot, just a little. But I need to focus on some lower calorie meal prep this weekend. I do love the Skinnytaste recipes. Anyone have any other great resources? Or favorite things to make/prep? Favorite recipes? Easy ways to prepare things like fish or chicken or veggies, etc?

I'm prepping chicken breasts, roasted sweet potatoes and quinoa for bowls.
And this reminds me to take some frozen berries out of the freezer for having with my morning yogurt. |

Honestly, it's helped to use resources from actual dietitians.
Sorority Nutritionist - Don't sleep on her bc of the name, she goes by that on social media bc being in a sorority inspired her to become an RD. But she has recipe guides on her website that are like $10-20 each. I have several of them and the recipes are great. Rachel Paul - She's MAGA so I hate to give her money lol but she has free recipe guides on her website that you can download. Mikayla Thomas - I see her on IG a lot. Thinking of buying one of her recipe guides but they're $40 each which is pricey for a recipe guide. |

Rachel Paul's recipes are awful she has no idea what a oz is vs a pound. |
OP here. Thanks so much, this is really helpful. |
