Med School Coach quit on my daughter - any suggestions?

My daughter wants to go to med school in 2027 and was working with a consultant through Med School Coach. She seemed to be getting along well, but the session got canceled today. Apparently, they've merged with another company (Shemassian), and there was some sort of mass exodus of staff. I was actually sold on the fact that the firm is run by a doctor named Dr. Sahil Mehta. My counselor said he has been fired by the new owners.

I'm not happy; does anyone have any recommendations for next steps or more reliable options?

Update: I am seeking refund and just no reply from my enrollment manager or student success manager

You don't really need one, just join Reddit/Medical School and Student Doctor Network, plenty of helpful posters and archived threads there.

Is your child still in college? If so, she should talk to the medical school advisor. Has your child taken the MCAT? She could take a MCAT class. Why did she need an advisor?

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear your daughter is in this position but thankfully you have a lot of time before applications are due. If you're looking for another med school advisor I've heard good things a company called Inspira Advantage, Moon Prep and MD Admit. Maybe reach out to one of them?

Her college should haves advisors who specialize in health professional admissions. You are already paying for that with tuition.
