| Years ago a woman from India shared that when her kids are sick she makes rice and depending on how sick, she adds different spices. She described it like orange rice if feeling this way, yellow rice if another way and had about 5 “colors” of rice for different ailments (like stomach ache v flu). I remember rice with turmeric was one but don’t remember what it was for or any others or which spice for which ailment. Does this mean anything to anyone here? Unfortunately I remember the idea but not specifics and no way to contact the woman and google searches not giving results how she described. Sound familiar to anyone here? |
