| Are there any reverse phone or address lookup sites that don't charge a fee? There used to be, but I can't find it anymore. And why do they go through the nonsense of taking forever to give you the answer, when it is obvious that they have the data right away? |

You can try Block Shopper. They don’t do every city but they do a lot.
