Women who sweat daily (or nearly ever day) - what do you do with your hair?

How often do you wash it? Do you wet it on the days you don't wash? Do you use any specific products that help with post-sweat (but non-chlorine) hair?

I generally work out in the morning and then shower and wash my hair (I've always had to wash my hair every day regardless of sweat). If I have already washed my hair that day and I work out after, I will take a shower and just rinse my hair and put in conditioner, no shampoo.

I wash it after working out with clarifying or regular shampoo. I wash it daily even if I dont workout though

I wash it every other day. I wear a shower cap on the days I don't wash it.

I sweat daily and to the point of a fully soaked ponytail so keep my hair pretty short (long bob) and wash daily.

I wash it every time I exercise, so 4 days a week. I don't blow dry, just scrunch and go (unless it's super cold)

I don't wash my hair at the office gym when I workout at lunch, so I focus on lifting/mobility drills those days so I don't get as sweaty as a full cardio session. I just rinse off in the shower afterwards and don't get my hair wet.

I work out every day so I shower and wash my hair every day. I only blow dry it maybe 1-2 times a week to minimize damage. It's healthy. Sometimes I'll skip a day, like a Monday, if nobody is going to see it.

I’ve always washed my hair daily.

I try to only wash 2x weekly. I use a sweat hair band when I exercise. I use expensive dry shampoo. I blow dry and straighten between washes.

I have thick hair. I save the washing for weekends after hard exercise. It takes me about 20 minutes to fully wash. I use 4 different products when I wash.

There are weeks I have to wash more but 2x is best.

What dry shampoo?

Everyone sweats, OP. There are just different degrees of it. I sweat more in the summer than the winter, and wash my hair every 3 days on average. I don't do anything to it in between apart from daily brushing and never blow-dry it: it's already fine and fragile enough as it is.

If you sweat a lot, talk to your doctor about it.
