Any experience with CREATE Arts Center camps or classes in Silver Spring?

I'm considering camps and/or art classes at CREATE Arts Center for my 10 and 12yo. Curious whether it’s more focused on teaching actual drawing/art skills vs being more of a fun, project-based place. Not sure which direction I’m looking for yet, just trying to understand the vibe. Thx
