I'd have to say the representative that shouted, "You Lie" during President Obama's State of the Union..and no, I'm not picking on the Republicans 'cause I tend to vote with them most of the time! It's more along the lines of respect for the office & for your fellow representatives. If your questions is about policy vesus showboating I'll have to get back to you on that perspective! |
Alan Grayson |
Paul Ryan for his phony "roadmap" that pretends (falsely) to solve budget problems while really just cutting taxes while sticking it to the poor. |
Lieberman. |
Nancy Pelosi |
maxine waters |
Michelle Bachman |
Is this contect limited to to current members? If not, Bob Dornan ("B-1 Bob") needs to be on any short list. |
I'm not sure which is worse, to not know that islands are connected to the ocean floor, or to disbelieve in evolution. I'm sure the congressman, when told of how islands are made, said "oh, now I see". On the other hand, many of our leaders have heard a lifetime of evidence supporting evolution, and they still cling to creationism. And we elected one to the highest office in the land.
The irony is that the science that explains how islands are made also simultaneously refutes the idea of an earth that is 10,000 years old. So is this guy a scientific dope? Yes. Is he the only dope? Not by a long shot. |
We cant forget Maxine Waters and Corrine Brown. These 2 women represent the downside to democracy.

Waters has already been mentioned. As to Brown, all that clip shows about her is that she is not a good public reader. That's a bit surprising in a member of Congress, but I suspect far from unique. But I think the clip also shows something about the person who put it on YouTube. The subtitling is malicious, and, in my opinion, racist. |
This is a tough decision. |
Think of it as a celebration of the diversity of our country that there are districts that elect these people. |
Agreed and Waters. |
