a simple app to track daily movement AND share with a friend?

I want a simple app or way to track that I move every day. I could make a dot on a calendar, I suppose...but is there an app where I could attach a note and photo: walked 30 minutes, rode the bike 15 minutes, etc?
BONUS if it has a friend feature...so we can cheer each other on!

You can share garmin results with friends who have garmin. Coros would probably allow that too.

Strava is literally made for this, it's social media for exercise (mostly running but it works for all workouts). You can use the free version. I love mine. But you need to have a watch or start the app for each exercise, or record it later on. Do you have a fitness watch? You should get one (Garmin is the best IMO)

I use Strava, just with my phone. You don't need a watch unless it bothers you to take your phone on walks. You can log other types of exercise, too.
