I want a simple app or way to track that I move every day. I could make a dot on a calendar, I suppose...but is there an app where I could attach a note and photo: walked 30 minutes, rode the bike 15 minutes, etc?
BONUS if it has a friend feature...so we can cheer each other on! |

| You can share garmin results with friends who have garmin. Coros would probably allow that too. |
| Strava is literally made for this, it's social media for exercise (mostly running but it works for all workouts). You can use the free version. I love mine. But you need to have a watch or start the app for each exercise, or record it later on. Do you have a fitness watch? You should get one (Garmin is the best IMO) |
I use Strava, just with my phone. You don't need a watch unless it bothers you to take your phone on walks. You can log other types of exercise, too. |
