Pediatrician recommendation?

I have a two month old baby and I am not satisfied with the pediatric services that he has received so far. I'd like to find another pediatrician in dc. I'm looking for someone who has great bedside manner, is knowledgeable of the latest research, is somewhat close to the cap hill/h street area of dc, and is supportive of attachment parenting practices. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
