Invited to a small dinner party for Xmas and was asked to bring non alcoholic beverages. I was thinking sparking water, still and a sparkling cider. Any creatives who hav e better ideas. I’m non creative. Simple is also helpful. Thank you

That’s perfect, don’t overthink it. You could get a cranberry or raspberry flavor for the seltzer.

Fancy soda? Try Lorina or Belvoir Farms.

op here. Thanks. This sounds amazing. I wonder if they still have it now near Xmas? I loathe the thought of TJ on Xmas Eve. And maybe I will call to see if they have it and venture there.

Great idea. I wish I had this energy. They did also ask me to bring ice though. Maybe. I only see frozen cranberries at Whole Foods online. I guess that would work.

I think you're exactly right with still and sparkling water. I would do "fancy sodas" in lieu of water. If you want to go crazy you could get some coordinating garnishes like sprigs of rosemary, lime wheels, etc.

^ in lieu of sparkling cider, sorry.

OP. I’m really liking the cranberry gingerale suggestion w cranberries frozen in ice. Sparking cider is ordinary and unremarkable. Thanks.
