DIA hiring - only Boren Scholarship recipients?

| Interested in entry level positions at DIA. All the vacancy notices stipulate they're only for Boren recipients. Is this how it always is at this agency? |

| DIA is still in a hiring freeze or so I've heard. They likely have money set aside for this Boren thing and can advertise just for that. |
