PSA: do not buy the round red and green cookies at Balduccis

I got a clamshell of the large, round, half red and half green cookies at Balduccis this afternoon. They are beyond horrid. It's not a sugar cookie. It is a soft round of cakelike substance with soft thick wet frosting. Neither the "cookie" nor the frosting has any flavor whatsoever. Threw them out.

Don't buy them!

I would never buy them. Your description is exactly what I thought they'd taste like!

I don't buy cookies from grocery stores. The only really good cookies from a grocery store are the Madeleines at Costco. I don't buy those because I've been known to eat an entire package of them within days.
