Stay away from Best Buy Columbia Heights. The dont reply to calls or emails, even when one calls customer service 7 times as I did and asks them to message the store, the sales people have no tech knowledge--I was sold a TV by a completely inexperienced sales person who totally misinformed me and sold me incompatible add -ons and sound bar, the delivery team can't shoot straight--the guys who finally came to our home after the system rescheduled us over and over, shook me down for a tip and refused to provide me with my paperwork til I tipped them on Venmo and the Geek Squad has one person working it, while 10 others sit around waiting. There's seemingly no one in charge and the whole experience is bad bordering on passive aggressive. Run as far as you can from this under-managed and under staffed excuse for a retail store.
