| My office is technically “business casual” but that isn’t even enforced, I’ve seen people in leggings, Birkenstocks, and shirts that don’t totally cover stomachs. What are you wearing to the office in an environment like this? I feel overdressed sometimes but don’t like looking sloppy. I’m mid 20s FWIW |

| My new office is business casual but doesn't allow jeans. Which doesn't make sense to me because my old office, which had a business casual dress code, allowed jeans and people still somehow dressed nicer lol. |

| I "dress up" every day. Wool trousers, a silk blouse, maybe a cashmere pullover/vest/cardigan, wool blazer, outerwear. Polished leather pumps/loafers/boots. |
