Anyone replaced the rubber coupling in their Kitchen Aid blender?

| My blender is having problems and it all seems to be due to wear on the black rubber doodad that attaches the pitcher to the motor. Online tutorials (older than my model) make it look like doing this is no nbd. Have you done it? Or had it done somewhere? |
