Teacher under investigation for using N-word against student

FCPS recently emailed us that a teacher is under investigation for using the N-word at students and that there is video evidence of the alleged racism. DId anybody receive this email? I'm talking about Frost Middle School.

The teacher was repeating the “word” to an administrator that she heard the kids saying. I saw the video. It was pretty egregious, but she didn’t call them that word per se.

She said I heard someone say the “N word“ and then the kids freaked out that she said the word.

And so she went to the administrator‘s office and told them that she wasn’t racist for saying the word and proceeded to keep saying the word. All on video.

It was the afterschool program person.

I’m not hearing any intent to malign on the part of the staff member. What justifies the hysteria?
