| It keeps breaking into random threads and making the whole screen go white except for the ad, which takes up the top left-hand corner. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for when I get it. |

| I just sent a snip from my laptop - not sure how it'll show up in email. It's a smallish ad in the top left corner and the rest of the screen is white. |
