SLP for orofacial myofunctional therapy

Anonymous
DC isn’t special needs but needs speech therapy for articulation and orofacial myofunctional disorder. Can anyone recommend a therapist who would be good for this?

Jennifer Asdorian in Kensington. Though she's often completely full. But she's excellent.

Devyn Heit (Little Spark Speech) in Arlington. She comes to your home and is amazing with kids!

Any chance you have her contact info? Her website doesn’t seem to be working.

Have you worked with her for OMD? I don’t see orofacial Myofunctional therapy listed on her website.

I have Kidspeak Therapy and http://myoandspeechlynks.com/in my records but never used either. Stay away from Mandy Hart.

Interesting about Mandy. I used her for my child and had a great experience. This was several years ago, so have things changed? She came highly recommended at the time, and I was happy with her. I feel bad recommending her now if something happened.

She took us on as clients and then left us hanging. She probably used to be good but her health is failing. Just better to avoid. She should have never taken us on.
