Am I being ghosted?

Next week I have a panel interview scheduled on site, out of town. Last week the hiring manager indicated I would receive additional information on that interview and instructions on how to prepare. My last email from her was Monday morning, regarding travel logistics. I thanked her and said I’d be on the lookout for that additional email. I followed up early this morning inquiring about that information and haven’t heard a word.

Additionally, the recruiter I’m working with emailed his assistants on Monday to reserve the hotel room - they have not responded. Yesterday I responded to the email saying “if you need anything, please let me know.” I called and left a message just now. No response.

I’ve already purchased the flight and reserved the rental car. Am I being paranoid or am I being ghosted?
