You may have found one of the more active trolls or fabulists that I've seen for a while. That poster has started 74 threads, mostly about divorce, in which the poster has changed genders, number of children, and several other characteristics.

I don't have time to remove all of them, but I will be removing a few this evening.

Is it possible he is just disguising so he or his children can’t be identified?

It's possible, but more likely it is the wife. There are threads taking a lot of different angles about a husband such as he may be prone to dementia, might be gay, and other alleged faults.
