Any idea of when FCPS puts out online summer calendar?

| just do virtual virginia if your school lets you. no synchronous classes. goes 6 weeks instead of 4 but it's tolerable. |

If you are going to do online PE9, do Virtual Virginia over FCPS. It is asynchronous and allows more options for exercise. I do not think it is an option for PE10 because of the driver's ed. |

My child did VV for PE9 over the summer (synchronous), Econ and Personal Finance in spring freshman year as course #8 asynchronous, and PE10 asynchronous over the summer. Driver's ed isn't taught (she just did a private class). But we went on a 6 day cruise during PE10, and she still ended with an A in course (she worked ahead). I want to say that there was a May-early July session and a June-late July session. |

| Be aware that PE9 has a requirement to attend in person for a few hours one day during the last week of the course to take first aid/cpr. |

But if you do Virtual Va PE 9 you can just do CPR somewhere local. We did it in March when we had time, knowing it was a requirement. Found this org online and it went well, my daughter enjoyed it:
