This meat is on sale at a very good price at Lidl so I am looking for a good recipe for how to cook it. Any favorites? I do not want to use a slow cooker or instant pot.
I found this recipe online with a lot of great reviews, does it look decent? Any other favorites? https://themom100.com/recipe/fall-apart-roasted-pork-shoulder-rosemary-mustard-garlic |
| Do you have a Dutch oven |
| Ooh, is it still on sale? Does it have the skin on? |

Yes - don't know about the skin. It's not dirt cheap or anything, but $2.49/pound |
| Wegmans has a bone-in pork shoulder for $1.79/lb. |
I think I gave it away... |
Also a good deal these days, I *think*? Though that one is bone-in. Is it a large amount? I know you can get it cheaper at Costco too but I just don't need a large quantity. I just want to try a new cut of meat (to me) that I do not usually cook. |
Wow! That looks amazing! Thank you, I am going to try it next weekend when my kids are home from college. |
