recipes for a boneless pork shoulder picnic roast

This meat is on sale at a very good price at Lidl so I am looking for a good recipe for how to cook it. Any favorites? I do not want to use a slow cooker or instant pot.

I found this recipe online with a lot of great reviews, does it look decent? Any other favorites?

Yes - don't know about the skin. It's not dirt cheap or anything, but $2.49/pound

Also a good deal these days, I *think*? Though that one is bone-in. Is it a large amount?

I know you can get it cheaper at Costco too but I just don't need a large quantity. I just want to try a new cut of meat (to me) that I do not usually cook.
