Mini dose referring to starting dose or less. 0.25 or less for Ozempic or 2.5 or less for Zepbound.
Would a primary care/internist/Gynecologist do it? |
| I doubt mine would have, due to my BMI being overweight but not obese. I did an online consult with a nurse. |
| What company/on-line nurse will send a Rx to pharmacy of your choice? |
| Most online companies have their own compounding pharmacies. |
+1 yes they ship it UPS refrigerated |

I went on wegovy hoping to stay at the lowest dose, I was losing weight but steadily. My PCP let me do 2 months at .25, 3 @ .5 before telling me I had to go up to 1 mg (which tbh is where the loss really ramped up)
All that to say I think the fad of micro dosing is bc people just don’t want to say they are actually on a GLP-1. |
| I microdose tirzepatide (generic Zepbound) and get it from Fifty410. |

yep microdosing is bs. |
| It is not BS. Minimizes side effects but allows you to maintain weight loss at particular number (rather than continue losing) and makes it very cost effective/cheap!! |
+1 I could never get up to the full dose. I felt effects, side effects and weight loss at the smallest dose. So I guess I'm a BS micro-doser? |
people are so crazy. What works for you does not necessarily means it works for others and vice versa. I have lost a fair bit of weight on 2.0 mg of tirzepatide. I hope to not have to go up, if it all stays as is. |
Yes, this has been my experience. I didn’t plan on microdosing, but it has made it so much easier to maintain the weight that I lost. OP, I used Gobymeds.com. |
